1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using alvixVerse ("we," "us," or "our") products and services ā including the alvixverse.com website, BrandUp Suite, and Voice for Geminiā¢ Chrome extension ā you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. alvixVerse is operated by AlvixHQ LLC, a company registered in Florida, USA.
2. Description of Services
alvixVerse provides free digital tools for creators:
- ā¢ BrandUp Suite ā A web-based brand identity generator that creates logos, color palettes, and bio images.
- ā¢ Voice for Geminiā¢ ā A Chrome browser extension that adds text-to-speech capabilities to Google Gemini.
These services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- ā¢ Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- ā¢ Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
- ā¢ Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- ā¢ Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services without permission
- ā¢ Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
4. Intellectual Property
Our Property: The alvixVerse brand, logo, website design, software code, and all associated trademarks (including Voice for Geminiā¢ and BrandUp Suite) are the property of AlvixHQ LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
Your Content: Any content you create using our tools (logos, brand assets, generated images) is yours to keep and use. We do not claim ownership of content you generate through BrandUp Suite or any other alvixVerse product.
5. Chrome Extension (Voice for Geminiā¢)
By using the Voice for Geminiā¢ extension, you additionally agree that:
- ā¢ The extension requires certain browser permissions to function (access to Google Gemini pages)
- ā¢ Your Google Cloud API key is stored locally and is your responsibility to manage
- ā¢ Text content is sent to Google Cloud Text-to-Speech API under Google's own terms of service
- ā¢ We are not responsible for any charges incurred from Google Cloud API usage
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlvixHQ LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be $0 for free services).
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
